  • Emperor Bao Dai married Marie-Thérèse Nguyen Huu Thi Lan, a commonor from a wealthy Vietnamese family, in the Imperial City in Hue, Annam, French Indochina. She was renamed Nam Phuong upon the marriage. ww2dbase [Bao Dai | Hue, Annam | CPC]
