- In Arakan, Burma, already wounded Sepoy Rhandari Ram crawled over open ground to attack a machine gun position pinning down his comrades. Shot again at point blank range, he still silenced the enemy with a grenade. He was later awarded the Victoria Cross. ww2dbase [Arakan | AC]
