Ki-48-IIa Lily of Hiko Dai 208 Sentai this
unit was stationed in Manchukuo and deployed to New Guinea where it suffered heavy losses later transfered to the Philippines and sent to Taiwan in February 1945.

Photo could have been taken at Clark Field,
Philippines.
Both the Japanese Army and Navy abandoned
many aircraft at Clark, giving US forces a look at Japanese aircraft technology, many of the aircraft were overhauled, put back to flying status and tested.
