Photograph one and two of the same aircraft
unit is not identified, or location, but the
Lily is a Ki-48-IIa, Type 99,Model 2A.
Later the Lily was used for Special Attack / Kamikaze missions armed with a 800kg/1,760lb bomb.
1,997 were built the Ki-48 was operated by the Imperial Japanese Army Air Force saw service in China, Philippines, Malaya, Burma
New Guinea, Soloman Islands and Dutch East Indies
