I believe this is Mikuma. Mogami's damage control officer had jettisoned his torpedoes as a precaution, while Mikuma's opted to hold on to the valuable ordnance. The extensive wreckage seen here was the result, leading to the loss of the ship. Mogami, despite the loss of her bow, lived to fight another day.
