This was the speech that was the subject of the 2010 movie, ‘The King’s Speech’. As depicted in the movie, the actual radio address was delivered in another room, while the king stood at a lectern, without his coat on. To hear the speech: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAhFW_auT20
