white trousers? Is it a special summer uniform or something like that?

Sorta. It's a drillich uniform. Or "Drill" practice uniform. They would rather you tear up the white uniform than destroy your actual wools. These were a white cotton that consisted of trousers and a tunic. All ranks had them. This is clearly a training exercise. Note the soldat in the background with a white armband. He is probably a medic, a referee or a range master (if this is arms practice).
