The ME-262B-1a was restored to static display condition during the 1993-2000 time frame when it was returned to NAS Willow Grove. It was kept hangared until the new museum building opened in July 2002, and then moved into the new building. In 2010, the Navy moved this aircraft to their museum in Pensacola, FL. www.dvhaa.org for more info

For years this aircraft was on outdoor display, along with other German and Japanese

All the planes that were on outdoor display have been relocated and restored for future
gererations.
