Full Title: The Battle of the Bulge: A Graphic History of Allied Victory in the Ardennes, 1944-1945
The Battle of the Bulge was my third graphic novel by Wayne Vansant, and it was just as fun as the others. The concise and overly-dramatic storytelling characterized the comic books genre, while the attention to detail would grab the interest of WW2 history enthusiasts. Unfortunately I did find a few historical errors and typographical errors, but none were serious. The blood and violence might deter younger readers, while the glorification of war might mislead the young adults, so I would make this recommendation for those mature enough to be able to balance the two sides of war. I found this graphic novel to be rather entertaining, and by nature of the genre it was a very quick read, in one sitting during a lazy Sunday morning perhaps, so give it a try should you ever come across it.
