ww2dbaseThe HMS Arbiter was a Ruler-class escort carrier built by the United States and transferred to the Royal Navy. She first saw service in the Atlantic, then assigned to the task of transporting CAP fighters in the Pacific. She participated in air strikes on Japan alongside of US Third Fleet.

ww2dbaseShe returned to the United States on 3 Mar 1946 and was renamed several times (Coracero 1948, President Macapagal 1964, Lucky Two 1971) before being scrapped at Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in 1972.
