WE'LL BE BACK!

Those Curtiss P-40s may look like junk now, but they'll be melted down into aluminum ingots and return as P-51s, Hellcats and B-29 Bombers.

PEARL HARBOR SURVIVOR:

Did you know that a Curtiss P-40B is the world's
oldest airworthy fighter that was stationed in Hawaii during the Dec.7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor.
Aircraft No. 41-13297 was one of a batch of 131 P-40Bs built at the Curtiss, Buffalo Plant, in New York during 1940/41, she was delivered to the USAAC in March 1941.
Aircraft spent years being restored, and today she is camouflaged and carries the markings she wore on Dec.7,1941 with the 18th Pursuit Group.
